Olive Garden Recipes - Bring the Taste of Italiano into Your Home

Olive Garden is a nice restaurant favored by many. Their lunch and dinner menus can always hit the spot when the Italian craving hits. However, the place is a little on the expensive side, so many can not enjoy the delicious dishes as often as they would like...until now!
There are many copycat Olive Garden recipes posted all over the World Wide Web, but finding ones that taste that authentic Olive Garden dishes could be a never-ending job. Plus, just because it tastes similar to one person doesn't mean it will for another. Luckily, I have found a recipe for Olive Garden's Chicken Marsala that has been sampled by thousands of taste testers, and the results were that this formula resulted in a very close match to the real thing.
Olive Garden Chicken Marsala
Ingredients: 4 Chicken half breasts - boneless, skinless 1/4 C. cake flour (Wondra) 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Oregano 4 Tbsp. Oil 4 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1 C. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced 1/2 C. Marsala Wine
Preparation: Combine flour, salt, pepper, and oregano in a shallow dish. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet until it begins to bubble lightly. Dredge the chicken in the flour, coat evenly. Cook the chicken on medium heat for about 2 minutes on the first side, until lightly brown. As you flip the breasts to the second side, add the mushrooms around the chicken pieces. Cook about 2 more minutes, until lightly browned on the second side. Stir the mushrooms. Once the second side is lightly browned, add the wine around the pieces, cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Transfer to plates and serve.

I have personally tested this recipe on my family, and they love it. It's an expensive taste at half the price, especially when you times it by 5, which is how many if fed in my household.

Anche in questi anni di crisi Roma si riconferma la meta di viaggio preferita dai turisti italiani e stranieri.
Secondo i dati raccolti da Expedia, uno dei più importanti tour operator online, Roma è stata la città italiana che durante il biennio nero della crisi 2008-2009 ha resistito meglio al calo di affluenza turistica. Tale merito va attribuito non solo alla differenziazione dell'offerta turistica, tanto al pellegrino quanto alla fashion victim, ma anche alla vasta scelta di alloggi adatti alle possibilità di tutti: dagli ostelli in periferia agli appartamenti centro storico Roma, dagli hotel a basso prezzo alle ville nella campagna laziale.
In dettaglio, la ricerca di Expedia segnala che, negli ultimi due anni, la Città Eterna è stata la destinazione favorita dagli italiani e, pertanto, il mercato turistico più florido a livello nazionale. Nel 2008, Roma è stata addirittura una delle poche capitali europee che, insieme a Londra e a Vienna, ha registrato un incremento dell'affluenza turistica, anche se si posiziona ancora lontano da alcune città del vecchio e nuovo continente nella classifica delle destinazioni più gettonate. New York, in particolare, è al primo posto delle mete preferite dagli italiani negli ultimi mesi del 2009: in questi dati non si può non leggere un segnale della debolezza del dollaro, visto già il crescente numero di turisti italiani a Londra attirati dalla debolezza della sterlina. Subito dopo New York e Londra, gli italiani hanno scelto per le loro vacanze natalizie Parigi, Madrid, Berlino, Praga, Budapest, Miami, Amsterdam, Vienna e, infine, Roma, all'undicesimo posto. Se guardiamo al solo mercato italiano, però, l'Urbe rimane la città più visitata, e infatti per fare una vacanza in albergo o in appartamenti Roma a Capodanno è bene prenotare con largo anticipo.
Roma ha inoltre registrato, rispetto ad altre città italiane, dati positivi non solo durante le vacanze di fine anno ma anche durante l'estate e le ferie primaverili. Se le mete preferite dell'estate 2009 sono state, oltre alle classiche località di mare (Spagna e Grecia per l'Europa, la Sicilia per l'Italia), l'onnipresente Londra ed altre capitali europee, tra cui emergono Stoccolma e Copenaghen, a Roma c'è stato comunque un incremento delle prenotazioni rispetto al 2008, per la gioia di albergatori e gestori di ville per vacanze. Tra il periodo pasquale ed il ponte del primo maggio, nonostante il calo di presenze nelle città d'arte a favore dei piccoli centri, Roma è riuscita ad entrare in classifica, insieme a Venezia nel primo caso e a Firenze e Modena nel secondo.
Come già accennato, i fattori che determinano il successo di Roma come principale meta turistica sono molteplici, e in gran parte facilmente comprensibili. Una splendida città d'arte, un centro ricco di eventi e di luoghi da visitare, una capitale della moda tra le più prestigiose al mondo, ma segnalata anche nelle mappe del turismo religioso, Roma riesce ad accogliere tipologie di turisti così diverse anche grazie ad un'offerta ricettiva molto varia: ostelli per i giovani, magari in visita a Roma per il concerto del primo maggio, hotel economici per le famiglie, bed & breakfast per chi cerca un alloggio semplice ma accogliente, sistemazioni prestigiose per chi non può rinunciare ai centrali {a href=" http://www.case-vacanze.net/zone/trastevere.xhtml"}appartamenti Trastevere o ai lussuosi hotel in zona Parioli.

Ok, it has been half year when I last posted. So I got a new job in International IT company, and I just didn't had time to post. But now, you know that we were in bad economical situation and I got fired, so for now I don't have job.

So here we go again, the virus doesn't spread so fast as I expected. Also no more deads are reported. It was only hot in headlines and that make it scary. Same happened with SARS and H5N1 Bird flu. Yes at least SARS and H5N1 would be big threat to humans, but this swine fly seems to be only little more efficient.

So I went trough some forums and I decided to buy Sony 32" LCD which was only 450e on Sale. It is enough to me. My old was 26 inch "box", so it's kinda big but little modern style to my home! I like! It is shame that I don't receive HD picture to my house. Also my kids can now enjoy their PS2 games even more.

Swine Flu, it's coming

So there is one swine flu case in Italy. Only a 100 km to north where I live.
But I don't really think so that it could be real threat, because 1400 die EVERY day to normal flu. There's now 155 dead and over 2000 infected. Also all dead person are from Mexico and I dont know if there is good healt care system, but I don't think so that there is a good healt care system.

So I'm little affraid maybe because it has been newpapers headlines every day.
And EU said that it's not good to make little trips to Mexico or United States.
Vaccination companies gonna make big money with this.

Yes, It's scaring me because it have been spreading so fast. About over a month ago there was first victim. (Correct me if I'm wrong) Now there is 81 dead and maybe 1300 or more infected and it has spread from Mexico to North America, Europe and all the way to even New Zealand! Thats pretty fast. I fear for my kids!

Omg it's unreal, summer has really come. I'm planning to go beach today with my children. Taking some color to my skin, although there is lot of UV radiation. So it's not safe to stay under the sun very long time.

But oh god tomorrow is coming and it means work,work,work. Happily I like my job so it's not so bad, but salary isn't much and thats the most bad thing about it.

So I have Fiat Bravo some facts about it - it's nice car, silver color. It accelerate pretty fast (not like lamborghini or ferrari), 2,0 litre motor, 16 valves.
4 seats and 5 door. Has good room inside it and it suits for tall people.

I thought about selling it because, nowadays I walk or cycle instead of drive car. Gas is not cheap here and as You know my money situation is not good. I struggle to keep my kids happy, but I do have work and that is a very good think.

So it's time to go sleep. But I decided to write this before I go to bed.
My kids are already sleeping. Right now I surfing on web, chatting in facebook and writing this post. About facebook, it's nice to meet old friends and chat with them, but I dont know how it became so famous. I believe there thousands same kind of services but facebook is the most famous.

And Susan Boyle.. Hmm thats interesting because, I dont think that her voice is special :D. It's nice to see that some people in the world have good life, supporters, money and no worries at all. Susan Boyle became famous in ONE day, I think that is a record.

Yeah, today the weather is beautifully, sunny and warm! Summer is really coming!

Yesterday I decided to go with bike instead of car. And I really like that decision, because global warming is a possible threat, but I don't really think that it's gonna be so visible. Also, if only one person or two or even whole city gonna go green and limit their greenhouse gases, I don't think it's gonna stop or slow down anything. But if we want to have results then almost all peoples and countries on earth should do something. So this is only my opinion.

So it's a month, when I last posted! I have been very busy lately, so I haven't been active! Only about one month and I have little holiday and hopefully more time for blogging.

I have planned a little trip to near forrest with my kids tomorrow. It's gonna be fun! Also I have to change spark plugs to my car, because it's coughing when I accelerate.

Hello, I just started this blog. firsth of all i do not have good english skill, but I'm trying to write something.
I'm man from Italy, I live near Rimini. I have job in local IT company, my salary isnt very much and I have a lot of spare time when i'm working(I'm at work just now) and also have lot of time when i'm home. But I have two lovely kids so they keep me alive. I'm single right now and i'm not searching new girlfriend just now. I have little house, not mansion not at all. I'm very interested in cars and my dream is to have Ferrari or Lamborghini in someday. Now I have Fiat Bravo wich have 2,0 litre motor.
I'm not uploading any pics from me,kids,house,cars. I just want to keep my privacy!
